Clayton Margiotti
Clayton is the CTO of Dharma Business and partner of Eleva Digital. Graduated from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. An enthusiast of the Internet, he has been advising major companies in the development and implementation of restructuring projects. He has completed the Inbound Marketing
Certificated Professional by Cambridge Universtiy, USA, Certificated in IT Management for Intel Enterprise Group Latin American.
He is an authorized consultant and certified by Google and has an Executive Education by ESADE (Barcelona) and Business School São Paulo. He participated in the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop provided by the UN / UNDP - United Nations Development Programme in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.
Anthony Zollezi
Advisor of Dharma Business. Anthony has many years experience as a corporate consultant, environmental entrepreneur, and as an expert in creating greener and more profitable businesses. Mr. Zolezzi has helped Fortune 100 companies, The British Royal Family and small businesses to meet the demands of our environmentally aware society. His work has resulted in the creation of more than 25 earth-friendly companies and products including The Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Pet Promise Pet Food, The New Organics Co, and The Greenopolis recycling system. Some of his recent achievements include an agreement between the United Egg Producers and the Humane Society of the United States establishing new humane standards for laying hens, development of the Greenopolis recycling system, and most currently; the merger of Greenopolis with recycling-rewards leader Recyclebank. Other industry clients have included Nestlé, Bumble Bee Seafood, Horizon Organic Dairy, Wild Oats Markets, Viacom and Paramount Pictures. Mr.Zolezzi is the author of Uncharted Waters and has co-authored five other books, including Chemical-Free Kids. He is well versed in media exposure, with interviews by national media including Time, Newsweek, Fox News and CNN.
Orestes Fernando Corssini Quércia
Dr. Fernando Quercia is the son of former Governor Orestes Quercia. Dr. Fernando Quercia is the legal arm of Dharma Business. Responsible for analysis and tributaries, tax advice, Inheritance Law and bankruptcy action within the mergers and acquisitions and corporate recovery projects. He has extensive experience in the legal sector and has advised large multinational. Dr. Fernando Quercia's degree in Law from PUC.
U. Bhaskar
Bhaskar is the CEO of Dharma Business. Indian and Brazilian, Bhaskar has worked as Director in several areas such as Sales, Risk and Finance, both in Brazil and abroad to organizations such as the Berkshire Hathaway, Mercedes-Benz, Cielo and Siemens. Has a degree in industrial engineering and business specialization from the Wharton Business School. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Telugu.
Jose Romito
Jose Romito has more than 20 year-experience in Banking and Finance in Latin America. He was Compliance, Audit and Real Estate Director of Citibank, and previously at KPMG Audit and Consultant. Among major achievements, He led various projects and business development in the realty services area, as the networking branch expansion and sale of assets as well as the coordination of several strategic projects, for example the implementation of Compliance, Audit and Internal Controls areas. Has a degree in Accounting from Mackenzie University and MBA International Executive from FIA-USP. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Antonio Carlos Pinatti
Antonio Pinatti has 25 years experience in Finance and Controlling, was Financial Director of Bradesco, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Cielo, Visa-Vale (present Alelo), Fidelity Processor and Chairman of the Board of LeaderCard. Among the major achievements include the development and coordination of projects of mergers and acquisitions, such as the acquisition of the Brazilian business of American Express, deploying joint-venture retail-bank and creating LeaderCard, Colombo, and partner in private label cards as Casas Bahia, Esplanada, G. Barbosa and the Boticario. Idealized, patterned and coordinated the creation of Banco Bradesco Card, has developed several strategic studies as the convergence of alternative channels, turning cost centers into centers of results. Specializing in Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, developed several financial studies for decision making and the creation of the Visa-Vale (present Alelo) and the VisaNet IPO for current Cielo. Antonio holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA from the FIA-USP. Operates in Dharma Business as Associate Consultant in Finance.
Luis Puntel
Luis Puntel brings a record of accomplishment of business results, acquired during 37 years of professional experience, being more than 34 out of them in leadership positions.
Worked in large Brazilians companies and Multinational corporations in the segment of IT, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, BPO Services, and High Education businesses, having held senior executive positions in firms such as TECH MAHINDRA (Sales Director), METROFILE (Sales Director), FIDELITY (CIO), CPM (Sales Director), COMDOMINIO (COO), EMBRAER (CIO), EDS (Business Planning Manager), and COPEL (Quality Control Manager). Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering by UNEFEI - Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá, a MSc. in Management Science by UNT - University of North Texas and MBA in Systems Analysis by PUC/PR. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with reasonable communication in Spanish and Italian.
Puntel operates in Dharma Business as Head of IT strategic projects.
Rajiv Krishnan
Rajiv Krishnan has had notable accomplishments as CFO in leading strategic growth initiatives in the banking, insurance and manufacturing industries. Mr. Krishnan started his career as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom before moving progressively forward in senior audit and finance positions in KPMG, Unilever and Citibank.
Mr. Krishnan was Internal Audit Director for Citigroup covering corporate, consumer and private banking in Asia, Latin America and the US, and also CFO for Citigroup’s Latin America consumer finance division.
Subsequently, through diverse experiences as International CFO at Citigroup, Equifax and Assurant Inc., Mr. Krishnan has established a proven track record as a business partner to CEOs, driving revenues and profits to exceed financial targets, creating efficiencies in business processes and providing strong corporate governance across multiple countries in Latin America, Europe, Canada and Asia.
Mr. Krishnan has a B.S. degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA). Mr. Krishnan has lived and worked in Asia-Pacific, India, UK, Mexico, Argentina and the U.S. He is fluent in 5 languages and is a visiting speaker at Florida International University’s Executive MBA Program. Operates in Dharma Business as head of Strategic Projects.
Valéria Ventura
Valeria Ventura is a lawyer and and develops projects of M & A. She is specialized in Business Law, having worked for over 15 years in the fi eld, consulting, and exercising the professionals in the area of contentious jurisdiction, as well as in the area of Tax Law. Valeria is also specialized in International Business Contracts, advised large companies in Brazil and abroad.
Alexandre Ortelan
Alexandre Ortelan has over 20 years experience in information technology, he was CIO of the Education’s Department of the State of São Paulo and is a entrepreneurial in the sector. He acts as Counselor of several companies and is currently the vice-president of the Brazilian Association
of Business Consultants - ABRACEM.
Lashmi Hayashi
Lashmi Hayashi is graduated in Social Communication - Media Studies by the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) and have a specialization in Audiovisual by the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris III. Lashmi has experience with cultural production and at Dharma acts in the development of cultural projects, incentive laws and fundraising.
Luiz Felipe Heit Kerber
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from ITA - Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica.
Post-graduate degree in Technology and Materials from ITA and in Business Administration from FGV São Paulo and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
One of the founders of the company COMPOSITE, technology specialized in the development and manufacture of parts and equipment in composite materials for the aeronautical and space industry.
Worked at DLR in Braunschweig – Germany.
Managed industrial companies for over 40 years, national, multinational and family.
International experience in several countries such as: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, India, Israel, USA and Canada.
In 2015 he founded FTON - IT services, specialized in the development of systems and applications and an accredited agency of WSI, which is the largest network of Digital Marketing agencies in the world.
Fluent in English and advanced level in Spanish.
Felipe operates in Dharma as an Associate Consultant in Business Management and Commercial area.
Joaquim Lombardi
French and Brazilian, Joaquim has a degree in Economics and a post-graduate degree in Finance from the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France, also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from FIA-USP, São Paulo.
Before join Dharma Business, Joaquim worked in large financial institutions in France, as the French Bank and HSBC, in the areas of Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Joaquim is the head of finance at Dharma Business.
